How much to charge for an AI influencer video

4 min read

To price an AI influencer video, add production costs and labor, define the client's usage rights, then calculate your desired margin on the selling price. A clip for a brand's own feed and a campaign with paid advertising need different scopes; there is no universal fee that this guide can substantiate.

Worksheet field What to enter
Deliverable Number of files, duration, resolution, aspect ratio and versions
Tools Credits consumed and the project's share of subscriptions
Labor Estimated hours multiplied by your hourly rate
Revisions Time and generation allowance within the agreed scope
Rights Source footage, likeness, music and usage period
Expenses Contractors and allocated overhead
Selling price Applicable sales-based charges and desired margin

What exactly is the client buying?

Write the deliverable and usage terms before entering costs. Record where the file will run, whether the client wants paid media, and the permitted territories and period. Ask who supplies the footage and who approves the AI influencer. An exclusive identity for one brand requires a different agreement from an identity you will keep using for other clients.

Keep distribution as a separate line. Making the file does not automatically include posting it to your account, providing access to your audience or managing ad spend. The AI influencers for brands guide helps define the job. Your quote should identify which services the client receives.

How do credits become a project cost?

Use what you actually paid for credits. Divide the purchase price by the credits received, then multiply by the credits used for this job. Include completed generations rejected during selection as well as the approved result. Avoid charging the full subscription to the same project again after allocating its consumption.

Duble AI, the product published by this site, uses 30 credits for a 10-second Standard video, or 40 at High quality, shown as Full HD. An additional look costs 2 credits. Duration and quality determine the displayed generation cost. See AI influencer running costs to distinguish the profile's budget from the client's quote.

The first-purchase offer includes a video and 10 photos for $6.99. It is for accounts that have never purchased, so it should not become the ongoing unit cost in your worksheet. There is no free video. Credits never expire, but buying a balance is still a cash outflow: record purchases separately from project consumption.

If you use other tools, save the configuration and date. As checked on October 24, 2026, Runway's pricing page distinguishes billing options and model consumption. Record the option you actually buy. The public Higgsfield pricing page did not expose figures in this check, so a current cost is not stated or estimated here.

Which formula should the worksheet use?

The formula below separates costs from percentages charged on revenue. Fill it with your own estimates:

  1. Calculate H: hours for client communication, preparation, generation, editing and review, multiplied by your hourly rate.
  2. Calculate G: tool consumption, including completed attempts you discard.
  3. Calculate D: expenses, licenses and overhead not already counted in H or G.
  4. Add C = H + G + D.
  5. Set t: the combined applicable charges calculated on the selling price, expressed as a decimal.
  6. Set m: your desired margin on the selling price, expressed as a decimal.
  7. Calculate P = C / (1 - t - m), provided t + m is less than 1.

This is a quoting model, not a tax calculation. Include fixed fees in C. Where charges use different tax bases, adapt the worksheet with your accountant. The estimated margin depends on actual costs matching your assumptions. Adding a percentage to cost and targeting that percentage as a margin on revenue produce different prices.

How should revisions be priced?

Define a revision before work starts. A correction to an approved caption, a different outfit and replacement reference footage can require very different effort. Add fields for included revision rounds, the feedback deadline and out-of-scope changes calculated with the same worksheet.

Approve the identity and look before making the video. In the app, the influencer is called a double. Duble AI uses existing footage and keeps its original sound; it does not generate a new voice for the commercial. If the client needs spoken copy, arrange an authorized recording and include that work in the quote.

What belongs in the rights and delivery agreement?

Record who owns each input and what uses have been authorized. A tool license alone does not settle the footage or music rights. TikTok says its licenses outside the commercial library do not cover commercial use. For campaigns in Brazil, CONAR's May 2026 guide addresses advertising identification and AI. Check the requirements for the countries where your campaign will run.

Review AI content labels as part of delivery. Keep the approved file, included revisions and usage conditions in the acceptance record. If the identity is still undecided, create your influencer and approve the image before quoting the video versions.

Frequently asked questions

How much should I charge a client for an AI influencer video?
Add the tools consumed, your working time, project expenses and licenses. Then calculate a selling price that covers sales-based charges and your chosen margin. The amount depends on the deliverables and usage agreement. This worksheet does not provide a market rate or a guaranteed profitable price.
What does it cost to run an AI influencer each month?
That is a separate budget from a client quote. Running a profile includes the videos, photos and looks produced during the month, plus other operating expenses. A client service also includes preparation, communication, review and the usage terms agreed for that particular delivery.
Can I sell a brand an AI video with a trending song?
Only include the song when its rights cover the intended use. Availability in a social platform's music picker does not establish permission for advertising or delivery across other channels. Record who obtains the license and whether the expense is included in the production quote.
Can I offer AI influencer services without promising results?
You can define and price a production deliverable without promising views, sales or new customers. Getting hired and making a profit are not guaranteed. Compare actual receipts with all project costs, and distinguish producing the file from publishing it or buying advertising placements.
