Terms of use

What Duble AI is
Duble AI creates characters with artificial intelligence, made up from a description or made from photos of you, and generates short videos of those characters. By creating a character or signing in to your account you accept these terms, and we keep a record of when that happened and which version was in force.
What is not allowed
- Using another person's name, image or appearance without their permission, and, in every case, using those of famous people or political figures. You can create a character from photos of yourself.
- Asking for sexual, violent or hateful content.
- Using characters or brands that belong to another person or company.
- Uploading videos or photos that you have no right to use, or that contain nudity or violence.
- Getting around the limits of free use.
Every request and every result goes through an automatic review. A refused request does not use any credits. We may suspend accounts that keep breaking these rules.
Who is responsible for content
- You are solely responsible for what you upload (photos, videos and text) and for what you generate, download and publish with Duble AI, including the use of other people's image, name or voice, and of brands and third-party works.
- By uploading or generating any content, you declare that you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.
- Duble AI is a tool. We do not choose what you create or approve each video before it is made; the automatic review exists to stop abuse and does not shift that responsibility to us.
- If Duble AI is billed, notified or sued because of your content or the way you used it, you agree to reimburse us for the losses, including judgments, court costs and attorneys' fees.
- We may remove content, suspend or close accounts and hand over records to the authorities when the law or a court order requires it.
If your image or a work of yours was used without permission, write to support@dubleia.com with the link to the video. We review it and remove what needs to be removed.
Your photos
By uploading photos to create a character, you declare that it is you in them, or that you have permission from the people who appear. The photos go through an automatic review, are kept in your account and are used to generate that character's images and videos. We also keep private records of attempts to investigate failures and review automatic decisions, as explained in the privacy policy. Deleting the character deletes your photos; deleting the account also removes the uploads from attempts that did not create a character. You are responsible for how you use another person's image.
The same goes for the photo you upload to put a character into it, in place of someone or alongside whoever appears in it: you declare that you have the right to use that photo and permission from the people in it. The photos and videos you upload are kept in your account, for you to use again, until you remove them from what you sent or delete the account.
Your videos
The videos and photos you generate are yours to post and use, including commercially. When you post, label the content as made with AI when the platform asks. Duble AI's sharing pages state that the video was made with AI.
Credits and payment
- Creating the character is free, up to a limit of images. Full videos cost credits.
- Credits are bought in packs, with a one-time payment by card. There is no subscription.
- A purchase made for one video, on the trend's or the preview's screen, starts that video as soon as the payment is confirmed, using the credits bought.
- The full price in US dollars is shown before payment.
- Credits do not expire.
- A generation that fails returns the credits automatically.
- You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 7 days of the purchase, to the same payment method. Write to support@dubleia.com.
- A payment dispute removes the credits from that purchase and suspends the account until it is resolved.
View counts
The view counts shown on trends and on the example videos are those of each trend's original video, read from the network where it was posted. When we do not know the original's number, we show an estimate from our model, calculated from the performance of similar videos.
In neither case are they a promise of reach for the videos you post: that depends on your profile, the network and the moment.
Reports
Every shared video page has a report button, and the site's example videos have the link "Report this video". A person reviews each report and, if warranted, removes the video within 24 hours.
Limits of the service
Videos made by AI may come out with flaws. The service is provided as is, and may change or become unavailable. We do not promise reach, followers or income from the videos.
